About the role
Join Australia’s leading sustainable materials supplier as an Allrounder at the Dandenong Asphalt Plant. No prior experience is required – we will train you to run and maintain an ASTEC 300 TPA asphalt plant and other machinery.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the ASTEC 300 TPA asphalt plant.
- Learn to operate additional plant machinery and obtain related tickets and permits.
- Assist with plant safety procedures and documentation.
Required profile
- Enjoy problem solving.
- Hold a forklift and/or wheel loader ticket.
- Quickly adapt to new computer systems.
- Confident customer service skills.
- Experience working with SWMS.

- Basic computer system proficiency
What we offer
- Starting rate between $30.61 – $36.13 per hour (AUD), based on qualifications and experience.
- Daily allowance of $23.50.
- Day, night and weekend shifts with overtime opportunities.
