Art Director

About the role

Lead the creative vision and visual direction across the Woolworths Group brand, collaborating on innovative concepts and high‑quality campaigns from a hybrid working environment in Surry Hills.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop, brainstorm and pitch campaign concepts that turn complex business objectives into cohesive visual narratives.
• Direct photography and video shoots on‑set, ensuring final assets meet brand benchmarks and appetite appeal.
• Design and execute visual direction across digital retail networks, social channels, motion graphics and print.
• Enforce brand and WCAG accessibility standards while guiding retouchers on colour grading and asset approval.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a media, content agency or related industry.
• Proven track record managing multi‑channel asset pipelines and resolving production or timing blockers.
• At least two years of shoot direction experience in the food sector.
