Area Manager - Greater Melbourne Region

About the role

Goldfish Real Estate is seeking result-driven Area Managers to help expand its network across the Melbourne CBD and regional Victoria. The position reports to the OIEC and covers a large area including Melbourne CBD, South Yarra, Dockland, Malvern, Toorak, Brighton, Point Cook, Tarneit, Werribee, Caroline Springs, Epping and Melton. The Area Manager commands their own territory, builds their team and brand, and uses their existing real estate sales experience to fast-track their career.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold the company's mission, values and vision to serve clients.
• Build, develop and lead a team.
• Develop a business plan, hold meetings and set KPIs, then monitor, report on and analyse performance against them.
• Prospect, appraise, list and sell property.
• Plan, budget and run market-centred campaigns, and assist with the sales campaign process from start to finish.
• Manage the customer database.
• Take part in scheduled management, network and extraordinary meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Agent Representative Certificate.
• Certificate IV in Property Services highly preferred; Estate Agent License highly preferred.
• Current police check record.
• Driving licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, strong organisational skills, and sound knowledge of industry acts, legislation and compliance.
