Architect/Designer – Mission Critical Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Architect/Designer to join our Sydney team, working on mission‑critical projects such as data centres, health and life‑science facilities, and specialised infrastructure. Reporting to an Associate, you will contribute to large‑scale, multi‑phase designs that deliver high‑quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed design, documentation and construction support for complex, multi‑phase projects.
• Prepare and review drawings and 3‑D models to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants throughout all project stages.
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables and quality standards across various phases.
• Ensure compliance with Australian building codes and client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and construction documentation.
• Solid technical and construction understanding.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Experience with rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion.
• Competence in Photoshop for visualisation.
