Architect – Multi-Residential Projects

About the role

FK is seeking an experienced Architect to join its Melbourne studio, working on large‑scale multi‑residential projects. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality design solutions from concept through construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with project teams across all phases, preparing architectural documentation using Revit.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and make timely decisions.
• Coordinate project consultants and ensure compliance with Australian standards and residential codes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of architectural practice experience, preferably leading multi‑residential projects.
• Registered Architect status.
• Strong proficiency in Revit with proven BIM and documentation experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of multi‑residential design, delivery and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
