ArchiCAD Architect – 3-6 Month Contract

About the role

This 3‑6 month contract position is focused on delivering architectural projects and documentation for civic and public works. The successful candidate will produce construction documentation, specifications, and tender submissions while ensuring high‑quality design output.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review reports, drawings, and architectural documentation.
• Coordinate the design process and resolve design and documentation issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination.
• Coordinate and review consultant information, drawings, and ArchiCAD models.
• Maintain clear communication throughout all stages of project delivery.
• Respond to project correspondence and demonstrate initiative when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar architectural role.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, consultant coordination, and approval processes.
• Experience preparing reports, specifications, fee proposals, and submission documentation.
• Working knowledge of the NCC/BCA and relevant Australian standards.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience using ArchiCAD for design and documentation.

Required skills

• Archicad (advanced proficiency)
