Altium Agile Team Account Manager

About the role

An Altium Agile Team Account Manager drives growth and customer success within a defined portfolio of accounts by promoting adoption of Altium's Agile Team solutions. The role manages customer relationships, identifies expansion opportunities and supports renewals, while helping engineering teams improve collaboration, productivity and design workflows. It works closely with internal stakeholders through consultative selling, proactive account planning and helping customers reach their business and technical objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales, customer success or renewals
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue, retention or growth targets
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts and prioritising opportunities
• Experience in SaaS, software, technology or subscription-based businesses preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering, technology or a related field preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Knowledge of PCB design, engineering software or the electronics industry highly regarded
