AI Security Sales Executive

About the role

Abnormal is seeking a quota‑carrying sales professional to own and grow its AI Security suite. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to close, targeting large enterprise logos and collaborating with account executives.

Key responsibilities

• Own AI Security quota in your territory and run end‑to‑end sales cycles, including upsell campaigns.
• Hunt for new enterprise logos and open doors beyond existing customers.
• Prioritize inbound demand and focus on opportunities that move the needle.
• Partner with Account Executives to equip them on AI Security conversations and step in on strategic deals.
• Engage deeply with technical buyers on security, cloud, and behavioral AI topics.
• Lead design‑partner conversations for early‑availability products and feed insights back to product leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience selling to enterprise accounts with a proven record of new‑logo acquisition and expansion.
• Technical depth and curiosity to discuss AI architecture, cloud security concepts, and behavioral models.
• Hunter mindset with strong judgment to prioritize when demand exceeds capacity.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping emerging sales motions.
• Strong cross‑functional instincts to collaborate with account executives, sales engineering, and product teams.

Required skills

• Understanding of AI governance, cloud security, and behavioral AI technologies.
• Ability to discuss AI architecture and security concepts with technical buyers.
