About the role
Cribl is looking for a Solutions Engineer to help customers discover the value of its AI‑driven telemetry platform. You will work remotely while collaborating with teams across Australia and APAC, supporting sales cycles and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Explain Cribl’s value proposition during the sales process and conduct product demos.
- Answer technical questions on initial sales calls and guide customers through proof‑of‑concept sessions.
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
- Provide feedback on the product based on hands‑on experience.
Required profile
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations and security data.
- Background in sales engineering, professional services or technical support.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel up to 30% across Australia and APAC.
