AI Outcomes Manager

About the role

DevRev is looking for an AI Outcomes Manager to own the end‑to‑end customer journey after sale. You will combine Customer Success and Support responsibilities, using the company’s AI platform to drive adoption, resolve issues, and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise and growth accounts, overseeing implementation, go‑live, adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Leverage DevRev’s AI agent for ticket triage, classification, routing and knowledge retrieval, while reviewing and personalising responses.
• Monitor usage trends and AI‑generated anomaly signals to proactively engage customers and close adoption gaps.
• Maintain multi‑threaded relationships, engage executive sponsors, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Own the ticket lifecycle, deciding on workarounds, code fixes, and coordinating with engineering while staying accountable for outcomes.

Required profile

• Technically oriented with comfort using APIs, tracing issues and explaining root causes.
• Owner‑mindset capable of handling a large B2B portfolio from ticket resolution through business reviews.
• Strong communicator who can lead customer calls and produce clear RCA and QBR materials.
• AI‑native, actively training the model and measuring personal leverage.
• Commercially aware of ACV, utilization metrics and expansion signals.
