About the role
The Children’s Cancer Institute is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the ZERO Leadership Team. You will work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, handling schedules, meetings, documentation and logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings and coordinate travel for senior staff.
- Prepare and distribute documentation, agendas and minutes.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support event planning and logistics for leadership activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Experience providing support to teams or senior staff.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, travel and events.
- Experience in research, medical, healthcare or not‑for‑profit environments is desirable.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
