Administration Officer Level 3 – Kids Rehab

About the role

The Administration Officer Level 3 provides comprehensive administrative support to the multidisciplinary Kids Rehab team at Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations for clinicians, specialists and support staff delivering paediatric rehabilitation services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage correspondence, scheduling and meeting logistics for staff specialists, junior medical officers and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient and service records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate documentation for assessments, intervention plans and follow‑up reviews across inpatient, outpatient and outreach services.
• Support reporting, data entry and preparation of audit materials for the Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Limb & Musculoskeletal, Spina Bifida/Spinal Cord Injury and Botox services.
• Assist with procurement, inventory control and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an administrative role within a health or allied‑health setting.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of clinicians, therapists, nurses and researchers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
