Administration Assistant – Data Entry

About the role

WorkPac is recruiting a skilled administrator with high-level data entry experience for its client, Bradken, in Bassendean. Bradken is a global leader in wear-resistant products for the mining and resources industries, and its Bassendean facility produces and maintains engineered components for industrial and mining use. The role sits in a hands-on, fast-paced workshop environment alongside an experienced team focused on quality, safety and reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Complete data entry and maintain accurate records across internal systems
• Use Epicor to access and update work orders and planning information
• Provide administrative support to planners and estimators
• Assist with documentation relating to methods of manufacture, operations and causes
• Upload and maintain documentation through DMT and update work paths and work order information
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking and general administrative tasks

Required profile

• Available to start immediately, with no notice period
• Comfortable using computers and completing data-entry tasks
• Previous administration or data-entry experience is advantageous but not essential
• Organised, detail-oriented and confident using computer systems, with a focus on accuracy, following procedures and maintaining a safe working environment

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Alphanumeric data entry at 99.7% accuracy and 7,000 keystrokes per hour or better (desirable)
• Willingness to learn internal systems such as Epicor and DMT

What we offer

• Casual employment at $36.76 to $55.00 per hour, including penalties
• 8-hour days with flexible starting time
