Accountant – Early Career Role in Hospitality Finance

About the role
Join a respected South Australian hospitality group as an early‑career Accountant. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will support the finance function across multiple hotel venues while developing your technical and commercial skills.
Key responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable for a multi‑entity hospitality portfolio.
- Prepare month‑end journal entries, reconciliations and inter‑company accounting.
- Assist with compliance, management reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to systems implementation, financial analysis and reporting enhancements.
Required profile
- Approximately two years of accounting experience.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a family‑owned, non‑corporate environment.
