Customer Value Lead

About the role

Omnea is looking for a Customer Value Lead to own the relationship with strategic enterprise customers across their lifecycle, ensuring they receive measurable value and driving renewals, expansion and upsell.

Key responsibilities

• Own an NRR quota covering expansion and retention, proactively identifying upsell opportunities and managing renewals end‑to‑end.
• Build deep, multi‑level relationships from procurement managers to CFOs, acting as the trusted advisor and escalation point for customers.
• Help shape and document the post‑sale playbook, defining commercial rhythms, processes and standards as the function scales.
• Provide direct customer feedback to product and revenue leadership to influence roadmap and address adoption blockers.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of experience in fast‑paced, enterprise‑focused GTM or customer‑facing roles, handling six‑figure ARR accounts.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organisations, influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, building processes from scratch and managing a complex book of business.

Required skills

• Strong commercial acumen and experience with enterprise sales or customer success cycles.
• Ability to manage multi‑stakeholder relationships and conduct executive‑level conversations.
