Account Manager – Travel & Tourism

About the role

Jones & Co Collection is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Account Manager based in Hawthorn, VIC. You will be the primary point of contact for travel and tourism clients, driving B2B trade relationships and supporting their success in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned travel and tourism accounts.
• Coordinate marketing and PR activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare performance reports, summaries and contribute to client proposals.
• Liaise with internal teams, travel trade partners, media outlets and consumer‑facing channels.
• Organise events, activations and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and uphold high standards of service and communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably within the travel and tourism sector.
• Strong track record of building and managing B2B trade relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver against objectives.
• Comfortable working across both B2B and B2C environments.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Interest or knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand travel markets.
