About the role

Join Telstra Business Technology Centre in Toowoomba as an Account Manager, helping local businesses across the Darling Downs adopt technology, solve challenges and grow. You will act as a trusted adviser, building lasting relationships and delivering ICT solutions that make a real difference.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a defined portfolio of local business accounts.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships by understanding customer needs and connecting them with appropriate technology solutions.
• Support customers to achieve productivity gains, solve business challenges and realise their goals.
• Identify opportunities for additional value‑adding services and drive revenue growth for Telstra.
