About the role
Superior People Recruitment is recruiting an Account Manager based in Sydney, NSW, to work with specialty coffee products and leading cafes. The role applies strong EQ and coffee knowledge to build customer experience and win business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer equipment
- Host wholesale customer training sessions and troubleshoot customer enquiries
- Cover coffee training and machine setup
- Grow existing wholesale customers by offering industry expertise
- Generate new wholesale accounts such as cafes and retail
- Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Present product and promotional information, workshops and training to customers
- Occasionally represent the company at trade events
- Handle deliveries
Required profile
- 2.5 years of sales experience in the coffee industry
- A passion for all things coffee
- Experience in the coffee industry, including machinery knowledge and café operations understanding
- Business acumen
- Full driver's licence
