Account Manager – Occupational Rehabilitation

About the role

IPAR, part of the MedHealth network, is a national occupational rehabilitation provider supporting thousands of people with return-to-work services such as workplace rehabilitation, counselling, injury prevention and finding new employment. As an Account Manager you will strengthen client partnerships, drive account growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience, working closely with operational leaders and consultants. The role is based in Sydney or Newcastle, with occasional interstate travel.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact
• Lead regular account reviews, monitor service delivery and manage customer feedback to resolve issues and grow referrals
• Support the achievement of referral and revenue targets across assigned accounts
• Grow accounts through business development and identify new opportunities within existing customer portfolios
• Monitor account performance, reporting and financial outcomes
• Strengthen relationships with key partners, including Invictus Australia and Ronald McDonald House
• Coach and support consultants servicing key accounts
• Ensure customer requirements, service agreements and processes are clearly documented and communicated
• Champion quality, compliance and continuous improvement across customer interactions

Required profile

• Experience in occupational rehabilitation, workers compensation, insurance or a related industry
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, allied health or a related field is desirable
• Knowledge of workers compensation, rehabilitation and workplace health and safety frameworks
