Account Manager – Mid‑Market Growth

About the role

The Braze ANZ Account Management team drives commercial growth and retention across existing mid‑market customers. You will own a portfolio of established customers, helping them mature their use of Braze and convert that maturity into revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of mid‑market customers across ANZ, accountable for renewal, upsell and cross‑sell.
• Prioritise accounts, generate expansion pipeline through usage analysis, whitespace mapping and maturity assessment.
• Build durable relationships with marketing, CRM and digital leadership, and multi‑thread beyond a single champion.
• Partner with Customer Success to run account plans and business reviews linking Braze performance to customer outcomes.
• Develop commercial proposals, lead renewal and expansion negotiations, and achieve quarterly expansion and retention targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive experience in SaaS sales or account management with a proven record of revenue growth.
• Minimum 3 years owning SaaS customer relationships end‑to‑end, including renewals and upsells.
• Experience managing portfolios with ACV from $150K to $500K and consistently exceeding targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior marketing, CRM and digital stakeholders.
