Account Manager, Member Relations

About the role
The Account Manager, Member Relations will act as the primary liaison between Virtuosos and its member agencies across Australia and New Zealand. You will help agencies maximise the value of Virtuosos’ products and services, driving engagement, sales and network growth.
Key responsibilities
- Partner directly with member agencies to identify growth opportunities and unlock their full potential.
- Support agency owners, managers and frontline advisors in developing sales, product and marketing capabilities.
- Drive initiatives that increase preferred‑supplier sales and overall revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the full Virtuosos offering, including events and platform solutions.
- Facilitate connections among members through events, shared platforms and success stories.
Required profile
- Passion for travel and a strong understanding of agency dynamics.
- Proven experience building partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal functions.
