Account Manager – Media & Performance Agency

About the role

Reload Media is seeking an Account Manager to own a focused portfolio of 5‑10 clients, shaping their digital marketing strategy across media, performance, SEO, email and more. You will work hands‑on with clients and internal specialists, using data and AI tools to drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Own a client portfolio and develop strategic direction for each account.
• Collaborate with Strategy Leads to set initiatives across digital channels.
• Brief specialists, manage budgets and ensure high‑impact delivery.
• Analyse performance using GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, SEMrush and Meta Business Suite.
• Run client meetings, quarterly business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
• Quality‑check team output before client delivery and leverage AI tools to enhance work.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on account management or client services experience.
• Strong interest in integrated marketing strategy and data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent relationship and communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
