Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will lead frontline sales of TUFLOW software to commercial and government clients across Australia, Asia and the Pacific. Reporting to the APAC Sales Lead, you will work closely with the sales and licensing team to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for software purchase enquiries and guide prospects from enquiry through onboarding.
• Develop strong relationships with customers in flood, stormwater, river, coastal and water sectors.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proposals and commercial solutions that showcase TUFLOW’s value.
• Manage account retention, subscription renewals and represent TUFLOW at industry events.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with technical, product and leadership teams to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software, technology or technical solution sales.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and progress opportunities through the sales process.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with a customer‑focused approach.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
