About the role

Ideagen is looking for an Account Manager to grow and retain relationships with existing mid‑market customers. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewals and expansion, driving revenue across our platform suite.

Key responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of mid‑market accounts, focusing on upsell, cross‑sell and renewal opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and HubSpot to support forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Solutions Consultants and Customer Teams to maximise customer value.
Lead deal negotiations and contract execution in line with commercial guidelines.

Required profile

Experience in an Account Manager or similar role within a SaaS environment.
Proven track record of managing existing accounts for growth, retention and customer success.
Strong knowledge of structured sales processes and complex deal cycles.

Required skills

Salesforce
HubSpot
Familiarity with MEDDPIC or similar sales methodologies
