Account Manager

About the role

Hilti is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join its Australian sales team. You will own a portfolio of customer accounts, develop long‑term relationships, and drive sales of Hilti’s construction tools and solutions across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers daily on‑site to identify business opportunities and present product demonstrations.
• Plan and optimise your daily schedule (Time and Territory Management) to maximise sales productivity.
• Act as a Hilti champion by delivering high‑level technical consultations and representing the brand in the market.
• Record all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce and provide regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and able to work independently.
• Valid full Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel with a company vehicle.
• Flexibility to relocate domestically or internationally for career development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
