Account Manager, Enterprise

About the role

The Account Manager, Enterprise will own and grow relationships with existing government and enterprise customers, driving strategic expansion and maximizing retention.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships at all levels.
• Identify and pursue upselling, cross‑selling, and contract renewal opportunities to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Sitecore’s partner network to deliver exceptional client support.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle software sales or SaaS environments.
• Account management or sales experience in an enterprise setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented mindset focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Required skills

• Experience selling Content Management, Customer Experience, Commerce, or Digital Asset Management technologies (preferred).
• Ability to present to executive stakeholders and articulate value propositions.
