Account Manager - Diabetic Pump Therapy

About the role

A global medical technology organisation with a strong international presence and a growing footprint in Australia is expanding its Queensland team with an Account Manager focused on sales growth, clinical education and customer support. Working closely with an experienced clinical team, the role drives therapy adoption, strengthens relationships with Diabetes Educators and Endocrinologists and supports patients starting their pump therapy journey.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue, account activation and targets across the QLD territory
• Execute national marketing initiatives and share insights to support territory planning and business strategy
• Maintain accurate, timely CRM records and help ensure products are delivered and supported in compliance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Deliver high-quality training to clinicians, including supporting Diabetes Educators to become pump trainers, and provide ongoing education

Required profile

• Experience in medical devices, diabetes care, biomedical science or clinical education is highly advantageous
• Strong relationship-building ability and confidence working with clinicians and patients
• Collaborative mindset, able to work with clinical specialists, sales colleagues and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to train and support customers at varying knowledge levels
