Account Manager – Design‑Focused Sales for Acoustic Finishes

About the role

Join Woven Image, part of CSR’s Interior Systems portfolio, as an Account Manager responsible for growing the Western Australia market. You will act as the primary liaison for architects, designers and specifiers, translating design intent into product specifications for commercial and government projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with architects, designers and specifiers to drive product specification and repeat business.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase market share across WA.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and consultative selling to decision‑makers.
• Stay current on design trends, sustainability credentials and technical product knowledge.
• Manage a healthy pipeline, tracking specifications through to conversion and handover to delivery teams.
• Collaborate internally with marketing, logistics, customer service and project delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market insights, competitor activity and project lifecycles to maximise opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural specification sales, preferably in textiles, acoustic solutions, carpet, upholstery or related fields.
• Strong network or ability to build relationships within the architecture and design community.
• Passion for design and sustainability with the ability to speak the language of specifiers.
• Self‑starter with excellent time‑management and project‑to‑delivery capabilities.
• Commercially sharp with the ability to forecast, track and drive results.
