Internal Sales – Mining & Industrial

About the role

This customer‑focused Internal Sales position supports clients in the mining and industrial sectors. You will deliver responsive service, prepare quotations, source products and provide technical advice while building trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day requirements of mining and industrial customers, driving sales and ensuring high service levels.
• Prepare quotations, source products, follow up orders and manage sales projects, including DIFOT performance.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and capture activity in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes for customers and the business.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades or construction industry; experience with mining or industrial customers is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and deliver customer‑focused outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail, professional approach and full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Sound product knowledge of electrical products and solutions.
• Ability to provide technical product advice and support.
