Account Manager – Dental Industry

About the role

Dandy is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of 200+ dental practice accounts across Australia. You will be responsible for driving Net Revenue Retention by building strong relationships with dentists and expanding usage of Dandy’s technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a book of 200+ single‑location dental practices, driving NRR through strategic account planning and proactive engagement.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, including additional scanners and new doctor activations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Customer Support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze account data and feedback to create targeted engagement plans and churn‑reduction strategies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in the dental industry in sales, account management, or customer success roles.
• Proven track record of upselling and growing an account portfolio.
• Comfortable spending 60%+ of the day on phone conversations with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use dashboards for decision‑making.

• Deep understanding of dental practice operations and digital dentistry market.
• Ability to speak the language of clinicians and provide consultative solutions.
