Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

Hilti is looking for an Account Manager to grow its customer base across NSW. You will own a portfolio of construction accounts, build strong relationships and deliver innovative solutions directly on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily customer relationships in the field, identifying business opportunities.
• Plan and execute a Time and Territory Management schedule to maximise sales productivity.
• Act as a Hilti Champion by delivering high‑level technical consultations and product demonstrations.
• Record all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing sales role.
• Construction industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn, motivated and capable of working independently.
• Hands‑on attitude with strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Valid full Australian driver’s licence (company car provided).
• Engineering qualification or construction experience preferred but not mandatory.
