Account Manager – Communications Agency (Melbourne)

About the role

Join a respected communications agency in Melbourne CBD as an Account Manager. You will work closely with Account Directors and an inspiring AD to deliver integrated campaigns for non‑profit, government and purpose‑driven clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Quote projects, manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Set and monitor project timelines, coordinating internal and external resources.
• Brief and oversee production of print and digital assets, including publications, ATL/BTL advertising and website development.
• Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop compelling communications solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency account service role.
• Demonstrated ability to grow business and manage client expectations.
• Strong understanding of print production processes.
• Passion for digital communications and familiarity with AI‑enabled media.
• Experience with government or not‑for‑profit clients is a plus.
