Account Executive – SaaS & Cloud Solutions

About the role

The Account Executive drives new revenue and customer adoption for AvePoint’s software solutions, targeting organisations with 300‑2000 employees. You will build relationships, work with channel partners, and may also manage a small portfolio of existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities aligned with market trends and GTM strategies.
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout pre‑ and post‑sales, engaging decision‑makers and influencers.
• Develop AvePoint’s brand as a thought leader and expand relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
• Act as a trusted advocate, responding to customer queries within 24 hours.
• Manage account details, pipeline and forecasting in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal virtual teams and channel partner Account Executives to maximise territory penetration.
• Support company events, promotions and mentor colleagues.

Required profile

• 2+ years of SaaS/Cloud software sales experience, preferably within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience selling through channel partners (SI, VAR, MSPs) and at the executive level.
• Strong business development and account management skills with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to interpret data, manage pipelines and forecast accurately.
