About the role

Join Marsh’s Risk Management and Corporate team in Brisbane as an Account Executive. This entry‑level, hybrid position supports senior brokers in client servicing, portfolio management and business development.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Senior and Principal Account Brokers with portfolio management and client servicing.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and managing risk management and insurance programmes that meet client needs.
  • Maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stay aware of clients’ business and insurance requirements.
  • Process invoices, policy accounting, quotations, premium calculations, policy wording, certificates of currency and related documentation accurately and timely.
  • Liaise and negotiate with clients, underwriters and claims managers.
  • Develop a basic technical understanding of relevant insurance classes and specialist services offered by Marsh.

Required profile

  • Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation for client service and solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
