About the role

Marsh is looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join its Risk Management and Corporate team in Brisbane. This full‑time, permanent position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Senior and Principal Account Brokers with portfolio management and client servicing.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and managing risk management and insurance programmes that meet client needs.
  • Process invoices, quotations, premium calculations, policy wording and certificates of currency accurately and on time.
  • Liaise and negotiate with clients, underwriters and claims managers.

Required profile

  • Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation for client service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
