About the role

Join Marsh’s specialist Financial and Professional Services (FINPRO) division in Perth. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office at least three days a week, supporting Principals on key client accounts and strengthening client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Assist Principals in achieving business plans and goals.
Exceed client service standards and maintain strong client relationships.
Apply industry expertise and stay updated on market trends.
Attend industry events to expand your network.

Required profile

Tier 1 FSRA qualification or willingness to obtain.
Negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivation for client service and solutions.
