About the role

Marsh is looking for an Account Executive to join its FINPRO team in Perth. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and focuses on supporting principals with key client accounts in the financial and professional services sector.

Key responsibilities

Assist principals in achieving business plans and goals.
Exceed client service standards and maintain strong client relationships.
Apply industry expertise and stay updated on market trends.
Attend industry events to expand your network.

Required profile

Tier 1 FSRA qualification or willingness to obtain it.
Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivation for client service and solutions.
