Yield Operations Specialist

About the role

Publift is looking for a Yield Operations Specialist to optimise publisher‑side auctions across leading ad‑tech platforms. You will work in a data‑driven team to improve monetisation outcomes for online publishers.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day yield optimisation in GAM, Prebid, Amazon/TAM and related tools, executing and iterating optimisation strategies.
• Investigate and resolve performance problems using reporting platforms and on‑page debugging tools (DevTools/console).
• Form hypotheses, run A/B experiments or controlled tests, and translate outcomes into strategic recommendations and documentation.
• Build and maintain reusable optimisation playbooks and runbooks for onboarding and targeted experiments.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to scope and roll out improvements to monetisation tooling and reporting.
• Contribute to vendor and partner evaluations, assisting with analysis for trials and integrations.
• Work closely with Customer teams to increase usage of core product features and provide supporting resources.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of ad‑serving and programmatic advertising, including auctions, deals and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Test‑and‑learn mindset with ability to define problems, run experiments and document next steps.
• Collaborative, coachable and able to act as a subject‑matter resource while escalating complexity when needed.
