Workplace Services Coordinator

About the role

Transgrid is seeking a proactive Workplace Services Coordinator for its Eastern Creek site in Sydney. This 12‑month fixed‑term position involves front‑of‑house duties and comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage visitor access, site security, and switchboard operations across office and depot environments.
• Coordinate internal and external deliveries, couriers, mail distribution and collections.
• Oversee property maintenance requests and support WHS‑aligned emergency plans and hazard monitoring.
• Provide administrative services such as meeting support, document control, travel booking and database updates.
• Maintain the security keys and access cards system and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to uphold site standards.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive professional with experience in workplace coordination, executive support or reception in a corporate, government or regulated setting.
• Warm, professional manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed and solutions‑focused when handling competing demands.

Required skills

• General user level proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate typical office equipment such as printers, photocopiers and binding machines.
