Working In Partnership Lead

About the role

As a member of the People, Culture and Safety team, the Working In Partnership Lead builds strong relationships across Aspect to embed collaboration and consultation practices. The role leads the implementation of the Autism Plan and the Working in Partnership Charter, facilitating advisory groups and promoting continuous cultural improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the Aspect Autism Plan and monitor its impact.
• Oversee the Working in Partnership Charter to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate the Aspect Advisory Council and Think Tank.
• Coordinate lived‑experience co‑production across the organisation.
• Drive engagement and communication activities that promote awareness of the Autism Plan and Charter.
• Report on implementation outcomes and advise relevant groups.

Required profile

• Lived experience as an Autistic person.
• High‑level written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research and report‑writing abilities.
• Understanding of decision‑making and policy processes in a not‑for‑profit environment.
• Project management experience and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Current Working with Children Check (NSW) and National Police Check.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
