Weighbridge & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Join the Sancrox Quarry team as a Weighbridge & Logistics Coordinator, managing the transport fleet, weighbridge operations and site administration. You will report to the Quarry Manager and work Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge and accurately process outgoing load tickets.
• Plan and coordinate daily allocation and scheduling of the Truck & Dog fleet, adjusting to changing conditions.
• Maintain relationships with haulage contractors, transport providers and suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders, cartage adjustments, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance documentation and reporting for WHS, environmental and quarrying regulations.
• Own site administration systems and digital records, including SAP (or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Identify and implement improvements to site processes and reporting.
• Support sales and dispatch activities, including customer invoices and delivery dockets.
• Learn to operate the sales loader and assist with operational duties as trained.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, transport scheduling or fleet coordination, or willingness to be trained.
• Background in business administration, compliance administration or WHS/regulatory reporting.
• Strong, confident use of technology and ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to take ownership of a varied workload.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with drivers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail when processing documentation, invoices and compliance records.

• MYOB or Xero (or similar accounting software)
