About the role
BlueScope Distribution, a single-source provider of steel and aluminium product solutions, is hiring multiple full-time, permanent Warehouse Team Members for its Gillman, SA warehouse. The day-shift role runs 6:00am to 2:06pm, with an afternoon shift option (2:00pm to 10:06pm) carrying a 15% shift loading. The company offers full training and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to a safe working environment
- Operate machinery to manufacture and customise steel products
- Safely pack and strap steel products
- Perform machinery maintenance and cleaning
- Use overhead gantry cranes and drive forklifts
Required profile
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and team player
- Good time management and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work autonomously and respect others
- Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and initiative
What we offer
- Weekly rate from $1,130.50 pre-tax, plus superannuation
