About the role
The Shoe Group is seeking an Outbound Supervisor for its National Distribution Centre in Adelaide. Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, you will lead the outbound team to ensure stock is accurately prepared, loaded and dispatched to retail stores on time.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate daily tasks, plan workloads and coordinate truck departures to meet dispatch deadlines.
- Manage transport providers such as FedEx and TGE, and maintain accurate dispatch documentation, manifests and pallet records.
- Support cross‑dock activities, oversee picking and dispatch of ratio packs, and monitor team performance for safety and compliance.
Required profile
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise or coordinate a team.
- Strong organisational, planning and time‑management skills with a focus on safety and accuracy.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
