Warehouse Team Leader - Receivables

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader – Receivables to oversee receiving operations, ensure accuracy and timeliness of incoming goods, and lead a dedicated receivables team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all receiving operations, checking, labeling and placing parts into designated stock locations.
• Lead, train and support the receivables team, assigning operational tasks and delegating duties.
• Monitor department workflow, identify issues and rectify or alert supervisors.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve processes and outcomes.
• Assist in training new team members and model safe work practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a team leader role, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
• Current forklift licence.
• Experience in heavy vehicle, commercial spare parts or a related industry is advantageous.
• Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of inventory and freight systems.

Required skills

• Forklift operation licence.
• Use of RF scanners (preferred).
• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with freight management systems.
