About the role
The NRMA is seeking an experienced facilitator to join its Driver Training team in Newcastle. You will help learner drivers develop safe driving habits and deliver road safety workshops for workplace drivers.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate NSW Safer Drivers Course for up to 12 learners on a regular basis.
- Run road safety workshops for experienced drivers in workplace settings.
- Deliver engaging on‑road training and classroom sessions.
- Provide accurate education on relevant laws and legislation.
- Maintain high‑quality customer service and complete associated administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Minimum twelve months of facilitation experience in the workplace.
- Current Working with Children Check as required by the Child Protection Act.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse participants.
