About the role

Our friendly team in Kewdale is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader – Dispatch to support the Warehouse Supervisor. You will lead the dispatch team, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed and shipped on time while fostering a safe and productive environment.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all dispatch operations, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness in processing and delivery of goods.
Provide team leadership and supervision, guiding staff to meet performance targets.
Coordinate workflow and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain safety standards, inventory accuracy, and housekeeping practices.

Required profile

Ability to lead and motivate a diverse warehouse team.
High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Computer literate.
Current forklift licence.

Required skills

Forklift operation (licensed).
Basic computer skills.
