Warehouse Operator

About the role

Miss Amara is seeking an energetic Warehouse Operator to join its Sydney warehouse in South Granville. You will be central to ensuring customer orders are received, packed, and dispatched accurately while upholding the company’s values of care, transparency, and simplicity.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and safely store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders with precision.
• Process returns and repack resaleable items.
• Operate forklifts, stock pickers and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a tidy, organised warehouse and support stock management through regular counts and inventory updates.
• Report discrepancies or damage and suggest workflow improvements.
• Promote safety and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Clear communication, teamwork orientation and a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Forklift operation licence.
• Proficiency with Gmail, Cin7, Shippit.
• Experience using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Slack.
