Warehouse Operator

About the role

Noumi Limited is seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Warehouse Operator to join its Shepparton facility. The role supports the end‑to‑end flow of inbound and outbound goods in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, helping the company meet its Deliver In Full & On Time (DIFOT) target.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate high‑reach (double‑deep) forklifts in accordance with site procedures and traffic plans.
• Perform daily forklift pre‑start checks and maintain equipment standards.
• Accurately pick, pack, stage and dispatch customer orders.
• Receive, label and store inbound materials, packaging and finished goods.
• Manage material flow to support production work orders.
• Use RF scanners and the warehouse management system to record movements and ensure inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Valid high‑reach forklift licence with at least two years of experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a high‑tempo environment.
• Reliable, proactive attitude.

Required skills

• High‑reach forklift operation (double‑deep).
• Forklift pre‑start inspection procedures.
• RF scanner operation.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
