Distribution Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join our fast‑moving FMCG team. In this role you will work closely with Logistics, Planning, Production and Customer teams to ensure domestic and export orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and export orders, managing release and invoicing with 3PL warehouses.
• Prepare and verify export shipping documentation and manage freight requirements.
• Monitor DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) performance and proactively resolve order issues.
• Liaise with customers, freight providers and internal stakeholders to prioritize shipments.
• Collaborate with Production Planning and Logistics to align shipments with production schedules.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, distribution, customer service or supply chain, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Experience with export documentation and freight coordination is highly desirable.
