About the role
Join Nikpol’s growing warehouse team in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. As a Warehouse Assistant / Pick Pack Operator you will support daily inbound and outbound activities, ensuring orders are accurately prepared and dispatched.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely.
- Pick paper‑based orders and pack items for shipment.
- Wrap, label, and prepare products for delivery.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, performing routine preventive maintenance such as checking fluid levels and recharging batteries.
- Assist customers with pick‑ups, prioritising orders and helping load products.
- Package goods efficiently to minimise damage.
Required profile
- Ability to accurately pick paper‑based orders.
- Experienced and licensed forklift driver.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Forklift operation (licensed).
- Pallet jack operation.
